Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at HM International Consulting Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with team's workload and challenges
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions and maintain a skilled team
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet client expectations
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory and minimize downtime
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure
  • Dependability, accuracy, and reliability
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
