Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Frontenac Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to improve store performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement store promotions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
