About the Role

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing the festival's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth execution of events and programs, while maintaining accurate financial records.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of BVIFF and contributing to its continued success.

Requirements
  • CPA designation or equivalent experience in finance and accounting
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
