As a National Account Manager at Graham Packaging Company, you'll play a key role in growing our business by developing strategic partnerships with major customers. You'll work closely with our R&D, Operations, and Support teams to drive innovation and deliver results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who can build strong relationships with influential stakeholders, drive commercial growth, and manage complex customer engagements.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow share of strategic customer business
  • Manage all levels of customer engagement, including engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sourcing
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customer contacts
  • Accurately manage commercial information, including customer forecasts and new business potential
  • Update commercial databases, including CRM and ERP systems

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or related experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills and typing ability
