Electrical Supervisor

At Tenaris, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the heavy industry sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment in our steel manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and maintainability of electrical systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new electrical system designs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a heavy industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including AC and DC motor drives, VFD systems, and PLCs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
