Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tradewalks Venture Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess and improve the efficiency of our daily operations to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage Mail and Materials: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and organized manner.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability.
  • Organize Daily Operations: Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet the needs of our team members.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Order Office Supplies: Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
