About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tradewalks Venture Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

Assess and improve the efficiency of our office procedures to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Manage Mail and Materials

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and other materials to the relevant teams.

  • Plan and Control Budget

Develop and manage budgets for office supplies and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Organize Daily Operations

Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure the office runs efficiently.

  • Establish Office Procedures

Develop and implement office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.

  • Order Office Supplies

Procure and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies to support our operations.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service

Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.

  • Manage Information Systems

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.

  • Prepare Correspondence

Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

  • Perform Data Entry

Accurately enter data into our systems to support our operations.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

  • Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term

Permanent position.

  • Work Language

English.

  • Hours

32 to 40 hours per week.
