Executive Director, Department Store Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Department Store Operations team at Narayan Pharma Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our retail division.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including department heads and regional managers
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making
- Establish and maintain financial controls, including inventory management and cash flow forecasting
- Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
- Customer Focus
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in retail or operations management
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
