About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Department Store Operations team at Narayan Pharma Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our retail division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
    • Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including department heads and regional managers
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making
    • Establish and maintain financial controls, including inventory management and cash flow optimization
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
  • Customer Focus
    • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in retail or operations management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
