Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at MK Window Covering Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as required.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Personal Suitability:
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
