Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Complete Home Furniture + Appliances. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Coordinate activities with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

35 hours per week
