About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Galaxy Flooring and Renovation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
