Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Listowel Physiotherapy & Health Care Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities. Key responsibilities include administering tests, carrying out treatment programs, and documenting patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer tests using equipment and record results
  • Carry out treatment programs to rehabilitate patients
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Process files and paperwork
Requirements:
  • Licensure by a provincial/territorial regulatory body for Hearing Instrument Practitioner
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
