Your Role: We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Automation who will take charge of designing and executing lifecycle marketing automation campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire marketing automation process, ensuring efficient operations and providing support to team members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive marketing automation roadmap that enhances customer and partner acquisition journeys.
  • Create automated campaigns, sequences, triggers, templates, and segmentation strategies across various communication channels to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Implement and manage email marketing initiatives, including continuous testing and performance monitoring.
  • Design and execute nurture campaigns to effectively engage and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Ensure that all eligible prospects are integrated into a marketing nurture journey.
  • Work alongside Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and regional teams to optimize marketing automation strategies based on audience segmentation.
  • Continuously enhance marketing automation practices by integrating insights from relevant data sources.
  • Recommend and implement A/B testing strategies to refine email content and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and review subscriber lists, ensuring customization and optimization based on individual preferences.
  • Support the integration of marketing automation with Salesforce CRM and assist in the incorporation of additional platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and share performance insights with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated on best practices and industry standards to enhance marketing automation efforts.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives related to lead management and data integrity.
  • Create reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing automation, providing guidance and leadership to the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in B2B contexts.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation within the B2B technology sector.
  • Proven track record in executing successful Marketing Automation strategies.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement new strategies.
  • Expertise in lead generation and marketing automation best practices.
