Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation programs that align with our organizational goals and global standards.
  • International Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of international compensation practices to design and manage compensation strategies across multiple countries.
  • Acquisition Integration: Ensure seamless integration of compensation programs for newly acquired companies, aligning them with our existing structures.
  • System Knowledge: Utilize advanced compensation management systems to analyze, report, and provide insights on compensation data.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including benchmarking, pay equity studies, and compensation trend analysis.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to address compensation-related queries.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong background in international compensation and acquisition integration.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading compensation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • System Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of compensation management systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
