Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Cross Dock Operator, you will be responsible for handling less-than-truckload (LTL) duties and operating a shunt truck to move trailers and containers within our facility. Your work will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklift machine inside the warehouse to load trailers
  • Operate shunt truck to move trailers and containers to and from designated areas
  • Perform safety checks on vehicles and report any maintenance issues
  • Communicate effectively with the logistics team to coordinate movement of goods
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a shunt truck driver and forklift operator
  • Valid forklift license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
