About the Role and Team

As a key member of Robinhood's Salesforce Quality Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer support experience by maintaining the highest standards of quality for our newly migrated Salesforce Contact Center application.

You will be responsible for owning major features and collaborating closely with various disciplines across the Corporate engineering team to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning new feature development in Salesforce CX support application quality through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch.
  • Developing test strategies and creating test plans for new features, as well as refining existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback.
  • Contributing to the E2E Test Automation Framework by automating P0 test cases.
  • Collaborating with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Backend Engineers, and Customer Support teams.
Your Qualifications
  • Strong quality sense and experience working closely with Salesforce Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience automating end-to-end tests for Salesforce applications and integrating with third-party apps.
  • Ability to champion customer feedback post-launch and bring it to the attention of relevant teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Product intuition and user empathy.
  • Experience ensuring consistent user experiences across different platforms.
  • Familiarity with bug reporting systems like Jira and test case management tools like TestRail.
  • Self-motivation to improve app experiences beyond what's outlined in the spec.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python.
