Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for hiring and attracting top talent for corporate and production roles, ensuring a great candidate experience. You'll expand your career development by being part of a collaborative, innovative and dynamic culture.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, job descriptions, internal intake meetings, candidate screening, interviews);
- Implement a fast and efficient selection process, successfully close new hires and develop relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners and candidates;
- Coach hiring managers on best practices and recommend candidate selection;
- In collaboration with the TA Manager and hiring team, develop and implement recruitment initiatives to attract top talent for corporate and production roles;
- Gain and maintain market and competitive intelligence;
- Promote a great candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience;
- Recruitment experience or support to a recruitment team;
- Excellent client relations, interpersonal and selling skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English (English necessary to serve USA customers);
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships and influence;
- A 'roll-up-your-sleeves' approach focused on achieving results;
- Proven multitasking, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Comfort with web technologies and web-based candidate management systems and other sourcing tools;
- Entrepreneurial, 'out-of-the-box' and innovative/creative thinking.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Techo-Bloc offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
