We are seeking a qualified Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire staffing process from gathering hiring requirements from Managers to welcoming and onboarding the newly hired employees.

The incumbent will support staffing for both Canada Headquarters (St Hubert) and USA (Arizona).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to Engineering, Technical Sales and IT.
  • Develop a recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals;
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs and propose recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the candidate selection process, including interviews in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ensure the updating of recruitment statistics and dashboard.
  • Support the drafting, revision and posting of roles targeted on specialized platforms.
  • Proactively build, source, and maintain a network of professional relationships, continuously exploring new recruitment methods, and devising innovative approaches to fill key positions.
  • Stay up to date with latest recruitment trends and market best practices for relevant industries
  • Support various projects, continuously innovating to improve our sourcing methodologies and strategies
  • All other related tasks related to recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting ; experience with technical positions including engineering, IT, or technical sales
  • Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and work in a rapidly growing environment;
  • Collaborative leadership, hands-on approach;
  • Autonomy, resilience, positive energy;
  • Expertise in developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies to fill technical roles; strong technical sourcing skills and Boolean search techniques, with hands-on experience using platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Highly adept at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills;
  • Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines;
  • Relevant Industry experience in the manufacturing sector an asset combined with recruitment agency experience for specialized roles;
  • Bilingualism required (English and French);

XNRGY Climate Systems ULC is a company headquartered in St-Hubert and operates in North America. Professional proficiency in the French language is required and essential for all employees based in Montreal.
