Business Analyst - Senior

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business opportunities and work with internal IT customers to align with enterprise business objectives
  • Elicit, document, and finalize business requirements, including processes, data, business rules, and functions
  • Identify alternatives in the context of business opportunities and processes
  • Support business development of end-to-end user acceptance tests and ensure business requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business, vendors, and IT teams
  • Clearly define ideas, generate interest, and influence others in one-on-one or group settings
  • Anticipate decision-maker responses and reasoning
  • Foster collaborative relationships and contribute to business teams
  • Document and share successful practices, templates, and work products
  • Ensure project implementation on time, on quality, and on budget
  • Develop change initiatives across multiple organizations in response to business goals and cultural needs
  • Communicate the benefits of change and its impact
  • Develop organization performance metrics
  • Develop presentations for senior leadership audiences
  • Apply Agile Methodology to project development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Solutions Consulting, with analytical skills and ability to support IT project delivery
  • Experience in financial services lending industry and Agile Methodology
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and provide direction and assess results
  • Competent in Microsoft applications
