Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at TNT Rope Access Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning team members
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning team members in performing duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
