Job Title: Cleaning Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Em-Em Cleaning Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our clients are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
  • Monitor and report any safety or security concerns to management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 kg
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor will work in a commercial facility, with regular visits to office buildings and other client sites.
