Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support
  • Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Document and process customer orders in appropriate systems
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and management for resolution as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment
  • State or Federal work experience

Working Conditions

This role operates in a professional office environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
