Career Services Associate

UEI College is a leader in post-secondary career education, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Associate Career Services Specialist. As a key member of our Career Services department, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our students and externs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining accurate and complete records of extern students, active extern employers, and students.
- Support the Director of Career Services and Career Services Specialists with managing documents, including extern timesheets, externship attendance, and essential employer paperwork.
- Assist with events such as Senior Day/Externship Orientation, site assignments, and site development to support the population of externs.
- Perform administrative duties related to students during the Externship or Graduate Checkout process.
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Student and Extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the Career Services externship process.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to change.
- Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
