We are seeking an experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Best Towing. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, ensuring accurate time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of work hours, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and expenses.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, as well as emergency situations.
  • Communicate with remote operations, ships, and aircraft to coordinate activities.
  • Operate radio equipment and process information to assist in towing services.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently, attend to detail, and respond to urgent calls.
  • Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
Benefits:
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year salary.
  • 35 hours per week schedule.
