Job Description

At 4782 Sandvik MIN, CNS - Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the shipment, receipt, and distribution of materials in a timely and accurate manner. This includes unloading trucks, checking in materials, and storing them in assigned bin locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking in materials.
  • File appropriate documentation and process sales orders and invoices according to company processes.
  • Update and maintain warehouse location systems, perform cycle counting and physical inventory, and prepare export documentation as required.
  • Maintain shipping supplies inventory and arrange shipping/transportation.
  • Accept or reject vendor inventory transactions and expedite urgent orders to meet customer needs.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or designee.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of six months of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Candidates must be able to operate a forklift and work as part of an integrated team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as active listening skills, flexibility, self-motivation, and time management abilities.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to travel to remote sites for counts, consignment setup, and support are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the location and job requirements.
