**Job Summary**

Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time overnight shift role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule, including overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
