Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Assist customers with processing transactions through the self-service area, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Promote company-sponsored programs and services, such as credit card services and product protection initiatives.
- Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Respond to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms and complete necessary documentation.
- Notify management of low cash levels or technical issues in the self-service area.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated location after use.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
