Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer - Building Science to join our team at RDH Building Science Inc. This role will involve working on building enclosure projects, including investigations, design, construction document preparation, and field review.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver building enclosure projects from investigation to construction document preparation and field review
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to ensure excellent building enclosure performance
- Review and comment on contractor's shop drawings for conformance with project intent and building science principles
- Research and recommend building materials for specific conditions and make recommendations to senior staff
- Manage building enclosure consulting projects, including financial performance, technical quality, staff resourcing, scheduling, and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture
- 7+ years of experience in building science consulting
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Significant field experience addressing site conditions and working with construction process
- Intermediate technical knowledge of building enclosure design and construction principles, including local building codes
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annualized for a full-time role
