Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer - Building Science to join our team at RDH Building Science Inc. This role will involve working on building enclosure projects, including investigations, design, construction document preparation, and field review.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver building enclosure projects from investigation to construction documents, tendering, and quality assurance reviews.
- Act as the day-to-day client contact for projects, ensuring excellent building enclosure performance.
- Review work prepared by junior staff, mentor, and train junior staff on field review, testing, and documentation tasks.
- Manage project finances, technical quality, staff resourcing, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings with owners, developers, architects, and other consultants.
- Review contractor's shop drawings, Requests for Information, and Proposed Change Orders.
- Research building materials and make recommendations to senior staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in building science consulting.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Significant field experience addressing site conditions and working with construction processes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annualized.
