Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our Entertainment Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our entertainment clients, working closely with our Client Solution Associates, Director, and international network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an existing portfolio of entertainment clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Work closely with our Client Solutions Associates to ensure accurate handling of all required documentation and build their knowledge through mentorship.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with our international network to deliver world-class customer service and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of commercial insurance brokering experience.
  • Experience within the insurance and entertainment industries is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to exceed client expectations.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations are highly valued.
