We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our Entertainment Division. Key Responsibilities- Manage an existing portfolio of entertainment clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- Work closely with our Client Solutions Associates to ensure accurate handling of all required documentation and build their knowledge through mentorship.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
- Collaborate with our international network to deliver world-class customer service and drive business growth.
- 5+ years of commercial insurance brokering experience.
- Experience within the insurance and entertainment industries is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to exceed client expectations.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations are highly valued.
