Booking and Entertainment Services Coordinator

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with show booking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide back-of-house services for clients, internal stakeholders, and live nation partnership stakeholders.
  • Oversee hospitality for performing artists and execute assigned back-of-house resources for events and shows.
  • Ensure consistency and quality service standards are met, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and artists.
  • Respond to general inquiries and serve as a point of contact for key third-party partners and service providers.
  • Maintain positive communication with clients and internal departments.
  • Coordinate hospitality needs of artist riders and ensure all invoices/receipts are submitted for processing.
  • Keep internal departments and talent informed of event requirements prior to and throughout the show day.
  • Assist in coordinating show setups and floor maps, and assist the Entertainment and Booking Manager with event management tasks.

Requirements

  • College or university diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid full G driver's license required.
  • Smart Serve Certification or ability to achieve required.
  • Previous administration experience required, with hospitality services and entertainment venue experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment Considerations

  • Work within a 24/7 operation with flexibility to work varied hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to the organization.
