  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with accuracy and professionalism
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with attention to detail
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff with a warm and welcoming tone
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
