About the Role

KF Aerospace is seeking a skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Hangar Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft maintenance and modification services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project records, controlling legal documentation for aircraft, and entering data in accordance with Transport Canada regulations. You will also generate daily customer reports for on-site customer representatives and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Completion of High School
  • Prior customer service and data entry experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain positive customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Point of Sale (POS) systems or DOS programs an asset
  • Ability to work and communicate well with a team
