Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team at Multi-Power Products Ltd.

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records with utmost precision and accuracy. Your expertise will be vital in managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions, and supporting our financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input data from various sources into our company database and ensure the integrity of data entry processes.
  • Perform regular data maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Prepare and organize electronic documents for data entry, ensuring all data is captured and stored correctly.
  • Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and re-entering information where necessary.
  • Respond promptly to data inquiries and provide support to ensure data needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
  • Proficient typing and data entry skills (e.g., 60+ WPM with accuracy).
  • Solid understanding of data confidentiality principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in relevant field.
  • Prior experience in multiple ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with data management.
