About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Cook at Bourbon St Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and records.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a recognized employer.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
