We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Specialist to join our team at D2L. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our premier customers by providing technical guidance and support.

About the Role
  • Work closely with strategic customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical knowledge and skills

As a Technical Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep knowledge of D2L solutions and products, as well as providing proactive and reactive support to customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of D2L solutions and products
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to customers through various channels
  • Lead the escalation process for complex issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve them

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Brightspace best practices and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading account teams and developing relationships with executive-level decision makers
  • Able to work independently and remotely, with strong project organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $79,500 CAD per year
