About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Garg Properties Ltd. as part of our ongoing efforts to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit comprehensive production and other reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Process Improvement

Conduct thorough analyses of operational processes and recommend measures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.

Resource Management

Coordinate and schedule activities, manage resources, and requisition materials and supplies as needed to meet business objectives.

Staffing and Development

Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as well as provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Personnel Management

Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Operational Planning

Develop and implement effective operational plans, including establishing methods to meet work schedules, managing budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience.

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.

Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position.

Language

English.
