About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Garg Properties Ltd. as part of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit production and other reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency within the operations team.
  • Problem Solving and Technical Advice
    • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Staffing and Training
    • Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions or disciplinary actions, to management.
  • Inventory Management
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
