About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Guru Nanak General Store Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Sales Performance: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that we are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
