Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Del Mar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Hire and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Order stock and supplies as needed, ensuring that our restaurant is well-stocked and prepared for customer demand.
