About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Processor to join our team at Van Yee Gourmet Ltd. As a key member of our retail and wholesale operations, you will be responsible for preparing and processing high-quality meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim carcasses, sides, and quarters to exacting standards
  • Prepare standard cuts of meat and wrap and package them for sale
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
  • Grind meats and prepare special orders
