About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Assistant to join our team at MIAO'S FOODS. As a key member of our butchery team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Weigh and label meats for accurate pricing
  • Assist with slicing cooked meats and shaping roasts
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Permanent position with 30-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English required
