Join Our Team as a Scientific Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Writer to join our team at Adoc Talent Management. As a Scientific Writer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research initiatives by drafting and revising various scientific documents.

About the Role

As a Scientific Writer, you will work closely with our scientific affairs, communications, and research teams to contribute to grant acquisition and coordinate major scientific initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and revising grant proposals to support major research initiatives.
  • Collaborating with scientific team members to review grant proposals, ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements.
  • Assisting the scientific affairs team and researchers in implementing and coordinating strategic initiatives.
  • Working with the communications team to promote researchers and their work.
  • Contributing to organizing knowledge transfer events, such as scientific conferences.
  • Providing scientific and linguistic revision services for manuscripts before submission to peer-reviewed journals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD or Master's degree in applied or biomedical sciences.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in scientific writing within the health and/or research field, in both French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the health and research environments and their associated challenges.
  • Strong understanding of funding agency requirements.
  • Proven experience in drafting grant proposals.
  • Fluent in English and intermediate in French (ideally bilingual).
