Join Our Team as a Scientific Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Writer to join our team at Adoc Talent Management. As a Scientific Writer, you will play a key role in supporting our research initiatives by drafting and revising scientific documents.

About the Role
  • Draft and revise grant proposals to support major research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with scientific teams to review grant proposals, ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements.
  • Assist in implementing and coordinating strategic research initiatives.
  • Work with communications teams to promote researchers and their work.
  • Contribute to organizing knowledge transfer events, such as scientific conferences.
  • Provide scientific and linguistic revision services for manuscripts before submission to peer-reviewed journals.
Requirements
  • PhD or Master's degree in applied or biomedical sciences.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in scientific writing within the health and/or research field, in both French and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the health and research environments and their associated challenges.
  • Strong understanding of funding agency requirements.
  • Proven experience in drafting grant proposals.
  • Fluent in English and intermediate in French (ideally bilingual).
