Petro Canada seeks a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of sales workers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, or arrange training for staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Authorize merchandise returns and establish work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervising and coordinating activities of workers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate, 1-2 years of experience, and excellent communication skills.
