We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including burgers, sandwiches, salads, and sides.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food preparation.
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
