Design Consultant

CB2 is revolutionizing the way people experience home design. As a Design Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert guidance on spatial planning, fabric selection, and interior design styles.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to create personalized design solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
- Utilize 2D and 3D design tools to create moodboards, floor plans, and product lists that showcase CB2's high-quality, sophisticated designs.
- Lead One on One Design consultations in person or virtually, delivering projects on time and within determined timelines.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and industry developments to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth and profitability.
- 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
- Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night.
