About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Specialist to join our team at ADGA Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the implementation and administration of specialized applications and software for our government client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, support, and maintain enterprise information management applications, including but not limited to: standard enterprise back-office applications, websites, shared drive sites, databases, and other specialized software applications hosted in software engineering environments.
- For clarity on data protection: Manage, monitor, support, and maintain all enterprise information management tools, including but not limited to: databases, archives, repositories, shared drive sites, and storage areas.
- Produce and maintain all relevant technical documentation related to supported software applications to support enterprise information management.
- Respond within 2 business days to any assistance requests related to enterprise information management applications.
- Follow up on technical issues and solutions in an enterprise information management application to support configuration control and change management activities.
Qualifications
- At least five years of work experience, design, and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
- Experience in software engineering in a client-server environment or collaborative environments.
- Management, analysis, design, modeling, and implementation of software systems:
- Software system lifecycle management;
- Experience as a software specialist in an IPT for a client on-site;
- Experience in preparing technical conceptual documents, system specifications, and technical proposals in the field of information technology/information management or engineering (i.e., system, software, computer, communication, security, or simulation).
- Communicate IT/IM frameworks and strategies to management and technical personnel;
- Communicate system engineering directives for projects or systems;
- Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on technical matters to support senior management decision-making;
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, systems, electrical engineering, or an appropriate engineering or technical field.

- Hybrid work environment;
- Must hold a Canadian government security clearance at the Secret level or be eligible for such a clearance.
