Supply Chain Business Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Supply Chain Program Management team, focusing on contract support. This role involves quickly learning Aramark's Managed Service and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) businesses to interpret and support processes and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and critical thinking skills to drive value for both clients and suppliers.
This position will report to the Supply Chain Manager and is based out of Aramark's Mississauga head office, where we operate in a hybrid model. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can navigate internal and external stakeholders, building collaborative relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading RFP analytics, evaluating bid responses, and completing scorecards.
- Creating and implementing reporting for key clients to drive purchasing behavior and value.
- Building and overseeing new processes related to compliance monitoring to contracts.
- Administering programs that drive commitment to contracts, working closely with Account Management on client requests and associated analytics and reporting.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on Aramark's RFP process.
- Preparing, manipulating, and assessing data quality to produce accurate data sets.
- Providing intelligence to the Procurement team, contributing to category market strategies.
- Managing and tracking key milestones to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Overseeing pricing update processes and communication to external stakeholders.
- Understanding the food and non-food categories Aramark procures and the supplier base at a high level.
- Completing market baskets for competitive review for new or existing clients.
- Providing ad hoc analytical support and reports to the Supply Chain team.
- Challenging current processes, systems, and tools to identify and implement opportunities for improvements.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or College diploma in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
- 2-4 years' experience in an analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented, self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues, analysis, and solutions.
- Ability to understand processes and their impact within the organization.
- Critical thinker who is inquisitive and seeks to find solutions and make recommendations.
- Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
